If I click "Download" it redirects to the American Toshiba site where my serial number is not valid anymore. I am from Europe. Is it possible to make an optional link where you can choose for the different regions?

You have the possibility to download the Password Utility from the EU version of Toshiba website. Simply visit the following link and change the operating system if necessary then download the package you need. If you need to make any other adjustments for laptop model (it's not necessary), use the drop down menus.
To download the application, first visit the Toshiba Support website and locate your product model. Once located, click on the Utilities tab and check if the application is available.
It is written that the application might not be compatible with all the models.
